Our Commitment to Safe Traceable Food

 In light of recent events we woud like to reassure our customers that all our beef is of the highest quality. We only stock Scotch and United Kingdom beef,  lamb and pork and our traceability system can go back to each individual animal. We have a great deal of trust in our suppliers and have been supplied more or less by the same suppliers for many years. All our suppliers have to go through a stringent inspection to become a supplier to Tolly & Sons Ltd and have in place a workable safe system route of origin and species.
