Membership of the London Retail Traders Association is a body that promotes the independent small family butcher. The association highlights the difference in quality & service that only your experienced local butcher can provide.

Our commitment to service & quality goes further than just to our corporate clients. As a first class retailer with vastly experienced staff used to dealing with top class menus,  we can offer advice with those special dinner parties, preperation, cooking, and the best cuts of meat for your menu. In 1993 after studying for many years I was awarded the title of Master Butcher. My staff are trained to a high level of skill and can tackle the most difficult cuts.

The National Federation of Meat & Food Traders Promotes training and apprenticeships  for youngsters joining the meat industry. They organise competitions within the industry such as the British Banger of the Year. Behind the scenes they fight against supermarket domination and the demise of local shops. The NFMFT has represented the interests of its members, primarily butchers, in the independent meat and food trade throughout England and Wales for more than one hundred years.  The NFMFT represents members’ interests at industry, UK government, and European level. We are proud to be a member of this committed body which helps to protect the local shops & the important role that they play in preserving the local community.

We have received a Five Star rating by the Environmental Health Department at Three Rivers District Council. Their report quotes Excellent Hygiene Conditions Found. High Standard of Compliance with Food Legislation. Highly Confident in the Management.
