As the summer fast approaches we have some mouth watering meats for hopefully those warm summer days & evenings with family & friends. So we have come up with some party hampers ranging in price so you can budget well and at our competitive price maybe invite a few more guests. As always you can be assured that everyone of our products has the seal of appoval from the farm to the fork. Please take a look through some of our suggested combinations but if you would like us to tailor the selection to your own choices please give us a call and we would be more than happy to do so. We have a large range of marinades which are listed at the bottom of this page.Beef, English Lamb, English Chicken or our quality assured English Pork we make a range of mixed meat & vegetable shish kebabs We can do two sizes 6″ or 10″ bamboo skewers.

If you have your own skewers & would like to use those just let us know how you would like them dressed you can drop them in the day before & we will make them up for you at no extra charge.

 

 

We select our chicken very carefully and over the years we have come to trust two suppliers for their quality and flavoursome poultry.

Banham Poultry based in Norfolk have a history to be proud of they still remain an independent family business after 40 years.

The name Crown Chicken Limited has been in existence since 1993, however its roots go back much further to the pioneering days of the U.K. poultry industry of the early 1950’s.

We recommend starting any chicken for the barbecue firstly in the oven,  cook in an open dish at around 180 degrees for 30 minutes then transfer to your grill.

 

Our Prime Scotch Tolly Burgers are made from 100% Scotch beef all we add is a little salt and pepper, onion, parsley and tomato ketchup. They are hand made on our premises into two sizes 6oz and 4oz. We also have frozen American char grill burgers at 24 or 48 per case.

In light of recent problems with processed foods we can guarantee the ingredients in our processed foods.

 

 

 

Our main selling sausage is the excellent award winning Smith Tailor Made of London Fine cut Cumberland Sausage. They are a small family run business with over 39 years of experience in the art of sausage making. Our own hand made Course Cut Country Sausage,  Pork Chipolatas and Pork Cocktails are very popular especially with the kids. We can order a vast range of specialist sausages with recipes such as Wild Boar & Apple, Venison & Red Wine, Beef & Mustard, Chicken & Sweet Corn, Chicken & Chilli to name but a few. For the specialist Sausages we would need four days notice & they are only sold in 2.5 kg packs about 30 sausages per pack.

 

 

 

Our Char grill Pork ribs come in two varieties the larger pork rib taken from the belly or the baby back rib taken from the loin. When cooking Pork ribs on the barbecue we recommend that you start them in the oven in a covered dish on a low heat for about an hour and then transfer them to the grill to finish them off then they will be nice and tender.

 

 

 

 

A large part of our reputation for quality is due to our famous steak range. Rib-Eye, Fillet Sirloin, Rump and Fillet. Hand picking our cuts of prime steak meat takes an experienced eye, once we have selected our cuts we then use our rotating ageing process allowing the cuts to naturally mature in tenderness and flavour. With this tradition of maturing meat we can guarantee the best quality steaks to your plate.
