For over fifty years we have been providing our customers with the very best locally reared Christmas Turkeys, either the traditional English Bronze or the New York White breeds. We are more than happy to prepare these to your personal requirements including Turkey Crowns Legs Boned & Rolled, completely Boned & Rolled, Boned & Rolled Single Turkey Breast, Boned Rolled & Stuffed & the ever popular Trio of Birds. We  charge no extra for this service.

Our Scottish Beef, Home Cooked Gammon Ham, Quality Assured English Pork & Lamb, Oak Smoked Gammon, Dry Cure Un-Smoked Gammon, Home made Sausage Meat & Chipolata’s are the perfect accompaniment to your Christmas meal or cold Buffet.

When you come in to collect your Turkey we will give you one of our informative help sheet with advice on preparation, cooking & storage of your Turkey.
