We have a good knowledge of Halal cuts of meat and are accustomed to their preparation.

We currently have in stock Halal Lamb & Chicken. We are keen to expand on our range to include beef cuts as well. Our care to seperate certified Halal Meats requires that some products will be frozen.

Whole Chickens cut & prepared to your requirements Minced Chicken, Chicken Burgers (Gluten & Additive Free), Chicken Thigh Meat, Cubed Chicken Breast, Chicken Thighs skin on bone in & Chicken Drumsticks.

Lamb

Leg of Lamb Steaks, Minced Lamb, Cubed Lamb, Lamb Kofte Kebabs, Shoulder of Lamb, Lamb Cutlets, Lamb Chops, Neck of lamb Fillets, Mint Lamb Burgers (Contains Preservatives & Flavourings) Whole Legs of Lamb.

Mutton

Cubed Mutton Leg (Not Certified Halal)
