It is Tolly & Sons Ltd policy to:

To provide them with safe food.

To ensure the highest standards of hygiene at all times, and guarantee our customers satisfaction.

In order to achieve our policy we have carried out a risk assessment, conducted a full hazard analysis of our operations and implemented controls designed to eliminate any risk to food safety.

The business is fully committed to implementation and maintenance of the HACCP plan and will enforce procedures that:

(1) employees are aware of our policy on safe food,
(2) they receive appropriate instruction and training in hygiene and food handling,
(3) they are provided with the tools and equipment to carry out our polices effectively,
(4) where necessary they receive the requisite supervision,
(5) procedures and processes are monitored against the requirements of current legislation and our standards set out in our HACCP plan,
(6) senior managers review and update the HACCP plan as necessary.
